WordBerry WordPatch (“the App”) is developed by Kamia Concepts (“we,” “our,” “us”). This policy explains what information the App collects, how it’s used, and your choices. We built WordBerry WordPatch to be safe and enjoyable for players of all ages, including children, and we’ve kept data collection to a minimum for that reason.

Who Can Play

WordBerry WordPatch is designed for a general, mixed audience — it’s suitable for children and adults alike. We do not require players to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to play.

Information We Collect

WordBerry WordPatch does not collect, store, or transmit any information at all. The App does not use analytics, does not include any advertising or tracking SDKs, and does not access the Advertising ID or any other device identifier. We do not offer account creation or sign-in of any kind, and no personally identifiable information (such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers) is ever collected.

Advertising

WordBerry WordPatch does not display advertisements and contains no advertising SDKs of any kind. If this changes in a future version, this policy will be updated in advance, and any advertising shown to users identified as children will comply with applicable child-directed advertising rules (e.g., no personalized/behavioral ads for children).

Data Storage

Any gameplay progress or preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server-side account system, and we do not store player data on our servers.

Children’s Privacy

Because WordBerry WordPatch may be used by children, we are mindful of the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play’s Families Policy. The App collects no information whatsoever from any user, child or adult, which means no personal information is ever collected from children either. Third-Party Services

WordBerry WordPatch does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics services, or advertising networks. No data is shared with any third party because no data is collected in the first place.

Your Choices

Since the App does not collect any information, require an account, or use any tracking identifiers, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete.
